Manchester United visit Everton - Match Review
Yesterday afternoon I was sitting on my couch watching youtube videos.  My girlfriend then piped up and asked me what the hell I was watching? It sounds like a riot she says.  I was watching videos of the Champions League final in ‘99.  I watched three different videos from 3 different angles, each one exiting me more than the last.  ”Why are you watching video’s from 11 years...

Some Manchester United and Everton connections.

Tim Howard - The first American to win the FA Cup, with United in 2004, he initially joined Everton on loan in 2006/07 in the wake of Edwin van der Sar’s arrival at OT. Owen Hargreaves returns from the US in two weeks
He’s officially out of the Champions League squad but our injury riddled midfield dynamo is back at Carrington in 2 weeks.  He’s no guarantee to play this month, or ever again but it’s fantastic to have him back and in training.  I’ll never give up hope that he’ll make it back no matter how many setbacks, he’s just too good. All the best Owen

If you’ve got a bit more time, say 4 minutes.  Here are Wayne Rooney’s first 100 goals in the great league we all love.   Staggering how different of a player he is now to his Everton days.  It was also amazing to see that he’d not scored a header until mid 2007.  He was banging them in for fun last season. Great to see Park threading in the passes for a lot of those assists...

Wayne Rooney scored 26 goals in the English Premier League last season, that’s heaps of goals.  One thing I noticed is that he always thanks the supplier before he goes off by himself to celebrate.  More often than not it was Giggsy, Nani, Valencia and Berbatov surprisingly. Great stuff Wayne, lets all hope you can resurrect some of that form this season.
